A devastating incident unfolded on Martin Road in Blankney, Metheringham, culminating in the fatality of a local resident. The mishap, involving a car and a tractor, transpired near the entrance of Barff Farm roughly at 13:40 GMT on Tuesday. The casualty, a 59-year-old man who was operating a green Ford Kuga, sadly lost his life on the spot. On a positive note, the tractor’s operator walked away without any injuries. In the meanwhile, a woman, who was in the car with the deceased, suffered severe but non-life-threatening injuries and is presently receiving medical care in the hospital.
