A local wheelchair user, Richard Adams, lauded the organisers of the Lincoln Castle concerts for their enhanced accessibility arrangements. Adams had previously expressed his dissatisfaction with the poor stage views and the lack of appropriate facilities during a Kaiser Chiefs concert last year. This year, considerable improvements were seen. The organisers, Cuffe & Taylor, have moved the facility for disabled attendees closer to the entrance and raised the viewing platform to improve stage visibility. Additionally, they slotted a new pick-up and drop-off point and established an accessibility team dedicated to improving the experience for disabled event attendees.
