An 18-year-old woman, assumed to be the driver of a black Kia Niro, and an 18-year-old man, reportedly driving a blue Ford Fiesta, have since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Law enforcement is urging any eyewitnesses or those individuals with dashcam footage to come forward to aid with the ongoing investigation.
