While Henderson acknowledged the diagnosis as a “devastating” revelation, she also recognised it as an opportunity to “empower” herself and others by raising awareness. By sharing her personal story, she aspires to prevent future generations from experiencing extended periods of pain without a proper diagnosis, emphasising that no one has to battle this condition alone.
