A 16-year-old girl from Cleethorpes tragically lost her life after a road accident. The unfortunate incident took place on Cambridge Street, where the young girl was hit by a grey BMW while attempting to cross the road around 20:30 GMT on Saturday, 28 June. Despite the immediate medical response, she couldn’t fight off her injuries and sadly passed away on Saturday, 5 July in the early morning hours. Humberside Police are now encouraging any possible witnesses who may possess information, CCTV footage, or dashcam recordings from the vicinity during the accident to come forward in support of their ongoing investigation.
