White Tiger Rescued from Ukraine to Find New Home in Lincolnshire

Officials at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park say they “can’t wait” to welcome the animal.

White Tiger Rescued from Ukraine to Find New Home in Lincolnshire

A white tiger, named Aleks, discovered abandoned in Ukraine, is scheduled to find a new home at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park near Boston. According to a report, the tiger was found in a state of dehydration and exhaustion by medics and army volunteers. Following critical medical treatment, Aleks now waits to embark on his journey to his future home.

The Chief Executive of the park, Steve Nichols, has conveyed his enthusiasm for the upcoming residence of the tiger. He mentioned that Aleks would be the first white tiger available for public viewing in Lincolnshire. In light of Aleks’s imminent arrival, the park authorities have initiated a fundraiser to secure the £100,000 required for a new enclosure. The enclosure is set to include a medical ward, swimming pool, play frame, and underfloor warming.
